How much CBD should I take?

There is no one-size-fits-all dosing guide for CBD, and how much is needed can depend on several facts, such as weight, metabolism, age, severity of symptoms, and sensitivity to supplements. It is generally considered a good idea in the CBD community to start at a lower dose, and slowly increase from there until you reach your personal desired results. Please take a look at this article which talks about some recommended levels to start at for different people: https://edocbd.com/cbd-oil-tinctures-dosage

Which method of administering CBD is the best for me?

There are many different ways of taking CBD and each method of delivery has its own benefits and shortcomings. Which method works best for you is largely a personal preference, but there are some differences in how the body processes each method. You can read some about the differences here: https://edocbd.com/cbd-gummies-vs-oils

What is the difference between Hemp Oil and CBD?

While both products are made from hemp, CBD oil and hemp oil are not the same thing. Hemp oil, or hemp seed oil, is extracted from the seeds of the hemp plant, and contain very little (if any) CBD. CBD, however, is extracted from the flowers, stalks, and leaves of the hemp plant, which are the parts of the plant with the highest concentration of this compound. What are the side effects?

According to the World Health Organization, CBD is non-addictive and safe for human use. Mild side effects that have been reported include dry mouth and sleepiness. Please note that CBD can affect the absorption of certain medications, and it is always a good idea to check with your doctor before taking new supplements.

How is your CBD extracted?

We use a method called CO2 extraction to obtain our CBD oil from the industrial hemp plant. This method uses pressurized CO2 to extract CBD from the stalk and the leaves of the plant and provides a safe and pure end product that is highly superior to CBD extracted by other methods.

The compound is extracted from the resins of mature female hemp flowers. Some manufacturer’s use industrial hemp stalk as a source of CBD, however, the vast majority of cannabinoids are concentrated purely in the flowers, not the stalk, stems, or leaves.

Furthermore, it requires vast quantities of industrial hemp stalk to produce a viable amount of CBD extract. And because hemp is a bio-accumulator, this can lead to contaminants such as heavy metals or other toxins remaining in the final concentrate.

The ideal source of CBD is from organic, non-GMO hemp grown in the United States for its resinous flowers, not its fibrous stalk.

CBD can be extracted from hemp in a number of ways. High-quality CBD extracts are produced using a method called, super critical CO2 extraction.

This method utilizes carbon dioxide and temperature to separate and isolate CBD and other molecules, and is generally considered the safest and cleanest form of extraction available today.

There are several factors that come into play here which will influence your experience with CBD, including weight, age, metabolism, pain level/type (if applicable), whether or not you are on medications, and much, much more. That said, CBD is not known to produce a feeling of sleepiness, but rather calmness. It is usually best to start slow if you are new to CBD, and work your way up (if needed) after seeing how you feel.
