Instead of willing herself to sleep or praying to the gods, she relies on CBD oil while on-the- go. According to The Sleep Doctor, Michael Breus, CBD— the non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in marijuana and industrial hemp plants— “has the ability to reduce anxiety, which can be helpful in reducing sleep difficulties and improving sleep quality.”
CBD’s anxiety fighting properties are well-known, and Johnson has been candid in the past about her struggles with anxiety and panic attacks, so it’s no surprise that she loves CBD. And though she’s never specifically mentioned a fear of flying, she alluded to this issue, explaining, “I try to knock myself out on planes; otherwise my whole world falls apart.”
